A bit about me,
Ravavani Angela P-W...
I am warm, intuitive and open-hearted with a passion for supporting you in your unique life journey a deep commitment to my own self-development. I know what it's like to be a highly sensitive person in a world that can often seem rough, fast-paced and demanding. With lived experience of trauma and limiting habits, I know how disheartening it can be to be stuck in negative cycles, and I also know what can help liberate! You will find me authentic and open-minded, a very 'real' person in the room with you who's always seeking to deepen our level of connection and attunement.
I have worked therapeutically with a diverse range of people in the UK and abroad and have also done 'normal jobs' like care work & retail jobs! Having been on this vocational path for well over 10 years I have experienced for myself and witnessed in others, how real change and transformation is truly possible and often ripples out in ways we'd never imagine.
I integrate Psychological, Somatic and Creative methods to support healing, recovery, development and balance on all levels. Whether you join me for short or longer term therapy, the process will move at a pace that suits you, so that we can work with any difficult experiences you may have had in a safe, supportive and contained way; developing your resilience and avoiding overwhelm by being deeply trauma-informed and profoundly attachment-orientated.
My work is supported by my long-standing engagement in Buddhism & Yoga and I am active environmentally. I am part of the LGBTQIA community and have a good awareness of the many challenges that can face Queer and gender-dfiverse people. I hold the ideal of anti-oppressive practice as requiring on-going work and reflection, personally and collectively. I also support Bright Earth Buddhist Temple as one of the Temple Stewards (Managers) and I am an ordained Buddhist Minister. From this base I offer Spiritual Mentorship, which you can access regardless of your particular religious or spiritual beliefs.
